Wilmington, Delaware: There is nothing more gratifying for a contractor than to experience the zeal and pride exuded by a client offering neighbors a closer look of a newly completed job. When planning every job we endeavor to first, take into consideration the original theme of a building. From that theme, we project our offerings to complement that and to improve upon it. We always look for the mechanics of the ventilation and fit and finish to be correct and proper, but for the finish we are best known. Custom finishes on our exterior products are what make the look of our jobs so vastly different from any other contractor’s work in this industry. |

Our clients in Wilmington, Delaware are absolutely ecstatic about their home now, that it has been sided in James Hardie Siding. It is not the same James Hardie Siding job one can purchase from just any contractor. |

One look at this home amidst the natural, new growth wood in this neighborhood will make one pause at the curbside for a closer inspection. The true look of wood is shining from this home when the rest of the neighborhood is sadly suffering from the new growth dilemma, we have mentioned several times here on this website. |

At first visit and as you can see in the photographs, the 17 year old Cedar on this home was toast, to put it mildly. All sorts of animals and insects were being harbored in its failing cladding. The wood was a mere skeleton of itself as is the norm for most siding of the mid-1980’s forward. It is the quandary of the natural wood siding and roofing marketplace, the sad reality of the New Growth Era.

This job was a joy to complete with our first Stained Siding and matching Stained Trim! A close up image of the trim and the siding shows the exact match on the soffits, fascias, and corners and casings. The use if invisible caulk is also a trademark amenity. Our sealant is virtually invisible and of the same consistent color and sheen as all elements of the job. |

We applied our national award winning effects to this home in the angular and herring-bone application of the stained fiber cement siding. This home is of Contemporary Design and the natural elements of the original intent left us little choice but to recommend our signature Stained Fiber Cement Siding. This type of installation only fits some homes and we will be listing more of them on this website soon. Back to Top |
